I am a versatile sales manager with more than 25 years experience in international sales, marketing, promotion and management.
My expertise is in direct and indirect sales in the role of Managing Director/Sales Manager. Selling complex IT business solutions, e.g. BI/Analytics, Data Driven Marketing Solutions and deep infrastructure knowledge of datacentres is my profession. Communication with technical/business customers and leading decision makers (executive-, C-Level, division manager) is the key to influencing business in the right direction.
One of my key strengths is building up strong relationships with operational people up to C-level at my customers, often enabling the sale of new or additional solutions. For me, trust, reliability combined with an adequate hunting mentality are the determining aspects to success.
The wide spectrum of my personality is my strength in remaining versatile from a business perspective – for example, my experience ranges from hardware to complex software business solutions. This enables me to form the link between the technical and commercial divisions and build up strong relationships via skilful communication. It’s important to work closely with the technical evaluators, the influencers and the decision makers to win a new customer. As internal team collaboration is an integral factor to becoming successful, I always strive to motivate my employees to do their best - often the key difference to winning a deal.
